Shipping and Delivery Policy for Brute Suits

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our
policy on shipping and delivery.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following
conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they
appear in singular or in plural.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity
on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

You can cancel or edit your shipment until our warehouse begins to prepare your shipment.
Unfortunately, after our warehouse begins preparing your shipment your order can no longer
be edited.
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods
or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the
product delivered.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of
a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned
Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not
incur any fees for such reimbursement.
After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 business days to process your order.
You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the
actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other
external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date
If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package
has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify
within 45 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you
must contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.
Orders will be shipped by USPS and International Orders will be shipped by your domestic
couriers depending on your country and region.
Some of our products are shipped locally within the US, and some of them are from our
international warehouses in Hong Kong via secured shipping and handling.
