This suit is much easier and more comfortable to fit than others. It’s made of very good material and so far, I can’t put anything negative on it. It’s great for me to wake up the heat during cardio exercise.

I purchased the suit system about three months ago and I wanted to hold off on my review until I’ve given it a chance to work. I’m amazed at the results! I’m not overweight but I have always had a stubborn belly budge that never seems to go away even when I lose weight elsewhere. I used the suit regularly for about 3 – 4 times a week for the last three months and the fat loss is extremely noticeable. Highly recommend for those stubborn areas that are not affected by diet and exercise.

So i bought this as my trainer recommend it, makes my sweat like crazy!! I’m 5’5 130lbs so I’m not the biggest girl, but after 2 kids, i def need some toning!!
Some reviewers said it only made them sweat in the stomach and they weren’t sweating anywhere else, i found that i was still sweating as much as i usually would on other parts of my body, but on my stomach i def. noticed a HUGE amount of sweat!!
LOVE IT! its not uncomfortable to have on for a few hours, i wear it under my tank top and you can’t tell i have it on
The only thing i would change about this is that it does NOT cover your body.

I had been struggling to find an en affective product to wight loss. There are many weight loss products (pills, strict diets,etc claiming to “lose weight fast”; and I’ve probably drowned 1000 dollars down the drain rambling and taking so many pills and that only resulted in me losing 5 pounds in a month. I was overwhelmed.
I stumbled upon this electrical muscle stimulation suit and was willing to drop another $800 and risked whether it would work or not. It was going to be my last straw before I give up and probably join the army.
This is the first time I have ever heard of these ems suits. I’ve done my own research and read through the company’s website because I certainly don’t want to lose money and just like I said, it was my last straw.
I decided to try it out for a month and I definitely lost more than 5 pounds in a month. It doesn’t leave the flabbiness and stretch marks since cells die (cellular apoptosis) and are removed from the body.
The only downside is that it can sometimes get really sore muscles. I still watched my diet and exercised and I think that is what helped the most. No weight lifting – pure cardio for 1 hour; 3x a week with a diet composed primarily of veggies and laid off the beef.
Best alternative to liposuction.

I was skeptical but I needed something for my belly. I’m 5’4″ and weigh 112 on a bad day, eat only whole, organic, gluten/sugar free low carb foods but I couldn’t get the belly fat to go away. No exaggeration, I could not think of anything else cuz it was right there, making me uncomfortable and self-conscious. So I contemplated coolsculpting at a facility but it’s not cheap. After thinking about it for a while, I couldn’t understand how a facility could have something on “freezing” that no one else knew about so I gave this eMS suit a shot. All I can say is I’m so happy and this system works. It’s hands down the best $800 I have EVER spent. To feel good again? Priceless. Oh, and I haven’t lost weight. I didn’t want to anyway cuz I’m rather small as it is. I don’t look so good under 110. And I ceased exercise and didn’t alter my food intake. So happy with this product, I could sell it on street corners.

this is after 2 weeks 3-4 x a week for 2 hours a time. massaging is my favorite training mode. this works better for me because i’m controlling how much. this system is perfect and you do see a difference. their customer service is excellent also. i highly recommend this product. also, this isn’t really noted but you will notice more frequent and different muscle sorness this is your body ridding you of the fat. it’s normal. still extremely happy!!

I’ve only been using this for 3 weeks now (3 times a week around my lower stomach area). Directions say to use for 20-30 mins the first few times then go it for a hour, to get use to it. My first attempt, I was planning on following those instructions, but I could bare the electrical feeling making my muscles contract. (it’s actually not as bad as I anticipated the pain to be. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still intense, so I went a full 2 hours the first time. I can’t wait to see my overall results in a few months. Be patient, as it takes time and consistency (after all this does the same thing as those expensive procedures at the doctor’s office, but at a fraction of the price). I exercise daily and eat a balanced diet, so this is helping with those stubborn areas. I recommend wearing the suit while you are just watching TV, and try to wear it as often as possible. While there are a number of similar products of this kind, it is still a first-class brand of Six Pad, and the entire core of the stomach comes with a bang bang, and it feels like it is being trained, and it is also a favorite item for professionals. Cospa is a bit bad! If you will use it for a long time, I recommend this one over a cheap one. I think it’s good!

I was trying to show more definition in my arms, tummy and bum and wasn’t getting the effect with weights and squats. I used this suit and am finally seeing them. I did make sure to read the instructions before use and chose to sit while using this toner. I did try moving and doing things but found that with every twitch of a muscle, it was hard to do certain things like hold a book or even attempt to fold laundry. After I use this, my muscles feel as though I worked them out in an intense workout. I’ve been using this toner 3 times a week for about 5 weeks and am seeing the “lines” and definition I have been wanting.

Even though this one used the same way than Powersuite Abs, it seemed that the abs were also effective, and I got a little muscle pain after using it on the first day.

I bought this suit with a coupon code. My stomach retracted when I was doing sit-ups while sleeping. However, when I went to a certain extent, my abs ar so sore too. After that, I think it’s necessary to actually move your body and diet. But my abs are definitely growing ^_^

At 55 I have always had difficulty to lose any belly fat . After 4 months I have lost 1/2 of the fat on my belly and 5 pounds and it is still coming off. I think this suit really works. I use it 4 times a week and put a second for my wife to wear. The customer service has been top notch to say the least very pleased. My wife has started using it now because of the difference it made on me:) EMS is not for everyone but I do think the electrical discomfort is worth it.
